Ingredients:
Chocolate
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup coconut nectar (or other liquid sweetener)
Nut butter
- ½ cup cashews
- ½ cup peanuts
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- ¼ cup coconuts nectar (or other liquid sweetener)
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix all chocolate ingredients in a bowl and leave aside
- Blend nut butter ingredients and roll into small bite sized pieces
- Roll pieces in chocolate and lay on a greased baking sheet in fridge.
