Ingredients
- 3 cups of any leafy green vegetables (spinach, kale, arugula, collards)
- 1/2 Container of Gluten free brown rice pasta penne
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon coconut vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Cooking Instructions
- cook pasta
- put all the other ingredients in a pan and sauté on medium heat for 10min
- mix cooked pasta with other ingredients for 5 min
